1. Special price items are non-returnable.(This includes items purchased and supplied at conferences)

2. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST.

3. Overseas customers: GST does not apply to export orders. Please contact PSA to order.

4. All orders incur freight/handling fees of $12 for the first item and $3 for each additional item.

5. Prices are correct at the time of printing; however PSA reserves the right to change prices at any time.

6. Due to the cost of servicing, all goods returned will incur a handling fee of $20 per item unless the return is due to a PSA error or faulty product.

7. PSA subsidises the prices for members. This is limited to TWO items per product code per year per membership.

8. Additional subsidies exist on limited products for students. These are only applicable to PSA student members and limited to ONE item per product code per year per membership.
